Any free Video compressor that you know and also the quality should be remain exactly. I have used Windows movie maker and it is very bad to read the content in video.
The size was 800 MB and the movie maker made into 5mb with bad graphics view.

I think movie maker can do as per my belief also youtube vedio can compress video file size which i seen when uploaded a video.
Have you tried searching in Google or Bing?

Compressing a Video is not the best option and you can change the format so the video can remain intact. Another best way to upload on youtube for preview and then download foryour needs. I hope this can solve your problem for freeing up space.
